Boy Scouts of getting a bag that is better, an internal or external frame?

Selection of youth seems to be mostly through packages inside. But I've read is better external environment for walking, which is mainly what scouts do.

IMHO external frames are better for most of applications. internal frames have been developed for climbing and traveling. that make it fair for the luggage and go through the baggage handling much easier. Thay may be better for navigation too. paths to the outer frame is better. It rides better, is cooler to wear, allows more options in the package bears the same burden easier, and is more adaptable.
