Black Led

In the past we talked about some basic information on LED technology. So to summarize if they missed anything, here's a brief recap:
* LED = a semi-conductor that emits light
* Pixel = basis point light, which may contain one or more LEDs
* Pitch = distance between pixel, in millimeters
* From pure white = perfect balance of red, green and blue
* Minimum of view (MVD) = most closest you can get before the picture is pixelated. The type of screen as well as the type of content shown, plays a role here.
* LED display modules = smaller (4 * 4 cm to over 1 * 1m) meeting
* Colors available = up to 280 billion dollars (65,000 * 65,000 * 65,000).
* Correction Gamma = exponential correction required to match the color of the logarithmic vision of human vision
Now Let's take a closer look other characteristics that define the quality of an LED display. We have mentioned several times the importance of having a white (the perfect balance of red, green and blue) with the order to have the highest image quality. Now we will see the importance of pure black.
How is a pure black LED screen? Good, does turning off all LEDs. Pretty simple, eh? Actually, no. The biggest problem in obtaining pure black with an LED display is the fact that you do not use LEDs to get the black. In fact, if all the LEDs are turned off, you can not trust its advanced electronic control system.
So how? You ask the mechanical engineer - Unbelievable but true. Obtaining pure black is a matter of the mechanical structure of the LED screen. In fact, it depends entirely pure black on the dark surface of what can happen when the screen is off.
Trust me, it is not easy. The main complication is that a large area will always have a degree of reflection, which means that if you're not careful, may end up with a big black mirror when switched off the screen. That's why Design LED front wall is so important, because it must be dark, without being flat and reflective as a mirror.
Why, exactly, is pure black for important? Because it defines the levels of contrast LED display. The level of contrast is the difference between light emitted by the screen and the light reflected by the environment of the screen surface. Less light is reflected, the greater the contrast and therefore the color depth and naturalness of the images.
To increase the contrast level, Professional LED display manufacturers provide especially against flyers that splits light reflex and do not, increasing the visibility of the screen even in direct sunlight. The contrast level of an LED display is a fundamental factor to consider, especially during large events spread through television.
What must take into account when the transmission of a live event on its LED screen? First, the refresh LED wall. The refresh rate indicates the number of times the image updates every second. For example, a computer monitor has a refresh rate of 72Hz and, therefore, is updated every pixel of the screen, from top to bottom, 72 times each second. To provide a comparison, most of the TV monitors have a refresh rate of 50 Hz and only a few products of the last generation have a refresh rate of 100 Hz
Professional LED displays have a refresh rate of 240Hz minimum, which is almost triple that of the most advanced television monitors. The refresh rate is crucial because it determines the quality of the picture: if too low, the screen LED displays a flashing image when recorded by a professional camera. Some manufacturers offer a refresh rate of up to 2000 Hz to meet the demands of the industry broadcasting, especially important for events with rapid camera movements and the high definition format.
Secondly, be aware of brightness levels. Depending on location, may have different needs shine. Outdoor events obviously require a very high brightness light unlike the sun. However, if the event is inside, you must have a lower brightness to prevent solarization. To give a practical example, a middle frontal brightness is 2,000 to 3,000 NITs for indoor use and to the NIT from 5000 to 6000 for outdoor use LED display.
