How do you like your beef cooked?

What temperature do you like your meat to cook, rare, medium rare, medium, medium-well, or? I prefer rare. Wow, a lot of people like steak over cooked! I like beef with a cool red center, not pink, red.

I like much, but may take up to half. So when I go out for my Setako MR, so it can go both ways and still be happy. Yuck, all those who want to do well or even medium well. They are eating beef jerky, and if I want to throw money to take up a collection for me.
