Could these battery LED lights a fire?

I want to buy these batteries LED fairy lights hanging over my wooden plank or metal head. My parents say they will start a fire ... Do you think he will? Why / why not? If so, are there any lights that are similar that I can buy that are a fire hazard? Thanks

Very doubtful. LED's run cool, and they are looking at running in tension battery (1.5V for AA, AAA, C, or D). Hate speak against the parents, but appears to be incorrect in this case.
