Soccer Ball Bungee cord thing?

OK, so I bought this thing once the ankle straps and joins his football and that when you kick, it is with you. was a cheap piece of crap and broke it kicked hard. Does anyone know their names and I can recommend a better one? give me a link if possible. maybe I'll just make my own. I work on my left leg shots.

lol. I remember that thing. I liked when I was younger, but it broke.
