How do school bag easy to carry?

I have a great school bag. I want to be slim and small. I want to be able to carry easily. I want the backpack to be flat. How can I do? Where should I put all the notes that bag? Can you help?

Organization is the key. Just put all the notes that are made in house (organized in folders if you are the type of person to look back at your notes) take only a few few pencils and paper, enough for the day. Everything else must come when there is little pleasure to wear.
