Dead pixel or in dirty brown aluminum MacBook LED?

Hi there, I recently bought an aluminum MacBook less than three weeks. Everything was perfect until Today, I believe I saw a dead pixel (brown) in my LED. Apple will repair or replace it because of that dead pixel? MacBooks are known to have pixels dead? Thanks for the help!

take a warm, moist, not wet paper towel in the pixel and a little massage ... .. the pixel to get it? genitally if not mess with a fingernail. dont push hard
