How could a 9 LED flashlight powered by 3 AAA batteries 1.5 V with a pack of 7.6v NiMH recharable?

I have a few cheap LED flashlights that I would like to power with a 7.6 volt R / C Car Battery Pack. I bike to power a normal light with him, but the bulb was 7.5 volts. I like to go LED to improve battery life. All LED lights use 3 1.5 AAA batteries. Is it necessary to add anything (resitors, capacitors, etc.) or are already there? Any help would be great.

His 3 batteries add up to 4.5 volts, so it runs the risk of damage to the LEDs, a method to add a regulator of 5 volts which has 3 tabs - Entrance (where you put the battery positive cable, soil and production than 5 V CC must provide their leds
